This story is not about a company itself; it revolves around the recipe that inspired this project. 500 years ago, amidst persecution, our family left Navarra, Spain, for the American Indies seeking freedom. Settling in Colombia's Antioquia valleys, they adapted their ancestral recipe with local spices. Today, the Ochoa family recipe lives on in DELAO, a brand rooted in tradition, blending the flavors of the past with the present. Today, we can savor this recipe, which motivates us to offer more. As a result, we bring you five recipes that blend our present with special and exotic fruits, just like those that flourish in Colombia.
